Ron Dorff offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. We strive to make your exchange or refund process as seamless as the design of our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form to ensure your request is processed correctly upon arrival.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
